Rent includes all utility bills, WI FI, Free view TV, gardener and cleaner. The property has a communal kitchen/diner, garden, parking and is close to public transport & amenities. Heelands is a thriving community with lots to offer its residents.

To secure a room and remove it from the market, we would require a £100 non refundable Administration Fee and a complete tenant detail form to set up your tenancy agreement, (If you are under 25years a guarantor will be required a £35 fee for administration) which is non refundable. 24 hours prior to move in we would require 1 months rent in advance and 1 months rent as a security deposit, which can be paid via our website. Tenancy Agreements are for a minimum of 6 months and we regret we cannot accept DSS, unemployed or full time students.
