To secure a room and remove it from the market, we would require a £100 non refundable administration fee and a completed tenant detail form. (If you are under the age of 25 a guarantor will be required for which there is a £35 non refundable admin fee). 24 hours prior to move in we would require 1 months rent in advance and 1 months rent as a security deposit.
