The house is a brand new build which is at the moment in the final stages of completion. It is situated in Redhouse Park, just outside of Newport Pagnall and a short drive into Milton Keynes central. The whole estate is very new and there will be building works going on around the house for a while.

The room is a reasonably sized double with a private en-suite shower room attached and will come fully furnished.

Downstairs there is a shared open plan kitchen, living, dining area and there will be full access to the garden.

There is off street parking available.

All utilities are included in the price but media packages will be an extra cost.

The room will be available for moving in at the beginning of January.
