ABOUT THE HOUSE The property is clean and in good order, there are only 4 bedrooms in the house, key points about the property include:

1. Modern Bathroom which includes a bath, shower, toilet, sink.

2. Clean Modern Kitchen which includes, fridge, freezer, microwave, cupboards, sink, washing machine, table & chairs.

3. A Downstairs cloakroom (Toilet & sink).

5. A Private garden which has a small patio area with pick nick table & seating which is ideal for BBQ's, beyond that there is a lawn. Plus a garden shed for storing your bike.

ABOUT THE OTHER OCCUPANTS, There are 3 other people in the house at the moment and in addition to this double room. It is a nice bunch of people living there. Everyone takes turns to clean communal areas and everyone takes their shoes off inside the house. We have a Polish Chap and an English Chap (who happens to have a Polish girlfriend although she does not live in this house).

There is no smoking allowed in the house.

All bills included. Broadband /wifi included. Pine furniture. No pets or DSS.

There is the option to pay a non-refundable deposit replacement fee instead of a deposit depending on how well the applicants pass referencing.

There is a £90 (Single person) or £120 for a couple admin / application fee which covers all referencing, credit checking and administration costs.

The rent on this room is £595 per month
Deposit replacement fee £125 (Or pay a deposit that you get back)
Couples welcome with no extra rent.
