Situated in a quiet area of Bletchley but within walking distance of the mainline station/bus terminal and the high street. Also within walking distance of Tesco, Ikea, Lidl and Bletchley Leisure Center, all within a few minutes walk.
A large car park is available, free of charge. Bletchley is a vibrant little town with excellent butchers and grocery supplies. Fantastic Asian food shops as well. A regular bus service connects with the Center MK and the University.
Very friendly house with young professionals from many corners of the globe. We are looking for an outgoing, sociable tenant, who has a good sense of humour, is clean and tidy and is prepared to do their share of tidying up and putting out the rubbish/recycling. Our current tenants have been with us from five years to 18 months and are always sorry to leave. We look after the needs of our tenants and maintain our properties to the same standard as our own home. Licenced as HMO by MK Council.
The room is the largest in the house and is the full width of the building. It has a large bay window and is bright and airy. It has a double divan bed and lots of storage including wardrobes and a chest of draws and a work station if required.. The room has a large radiator with a thermostat and is very cozy. The double glazed window has thick curtains with blackout linings, should sleep be required during the day.
All bills are included in the rent with free high speed Fiber optic WiFi broadband. Views to the East over the front garden. Very friendly house with long term residents. Large shared bathroom with additional downstairs toilet.
Two large fridge freezers and allocated kitchen cupboards for each resident.
The House is cleaned on a weekly basis. Huge rear garden and sun trap behind the kitchen. Long term landlord is a member of the National Residential Landlords Association and accredited by Milton Keynes Council. We meet all fire regulations and are fully insured and licenced.
