Ideal flatmate would be considerate, clean, pleasant and friendly. Not available to couples.

Room has a single bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and floor lamp. Can get a wardrobe for you.

Huge bathroom with separate shower cubicle, storage cabinets.

All bills included. I don't have a TV
in the flat but you are welcome to bring your own and have it in the lounge or your bedroom.

Rest of flat is completely furnished, including a dining table and chairs, juicer, cleaning equipment, comfy furniture.

Open to both full time let(£500) or Mon - Fri(£450).
