1 Double Room Is Rented

The property is located in a peaceful green place. This area alone is one of the highlights of anyone's stay in Milton Keynes.

The house has 3 bedrooms, cosy living-room, kitchen and something like patio. Two shower rooms are offered (not in suit). So definitely there will be no queues for the bathroom in the morning. Kitchen is equipped with gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, tumble drier and microwave. There is a drive for up to 3 cars.

Just ONE of the rooms is rented out and currently there are two housemates who are pleasant professional couple aged 30-35. The bedrooms are furnished, each with wi fi and key lockable.

Gas, electricity, water and internet bills are provided free of charge. In fact, the rent per calendar month includes all bills, nothing else to pay.

Couples are warmly welcome for £600 ppm per room. Otherwise, each person has to pay £350 ppm per bed. Tenants who are in full time employment would be preferred. Somebody quiet, polite and tidy is required.

The house is STRICTLY non-smoking, but there is an undercover smoking area in the garden. You will be impressed how beautiful it is.
