A double bedroom with large double wardrobes available to rent.

Available for a minimum stay of 3 month, maximum on-going, happy to do a contract as long as we both agree, kitchen, living room, and lounge/diner conservatory access.

There are two lounge areas both with TVs and Sky, broadband, and a Garden. There is a washing machine and dishwasher.

Lots of amenities and shops nearby. Close to Cranfield, Kingston, M1, walking distance from bus stop to the centre and the train station.

Generally the space is a very nice and calm house with lots of space downstairs which I am happy to share with the tenants providing we all keep it nice and clean. Kitchen also has a lovely area to cook.

I'm not keen to have overnight guests so if you think you will want to bring someone over regularly then this place won't right for you, the very odd occasion would be fine.

Also worth noting I have two office spaces so people who need to work from home or study can use one of the spaces - I have high speed broadband.

I myself, am a working professional, 5 days in office, Im regular gym goer and play lots of sports and live a pretty calm life, usually do my own thing,, this isnt for people looking for a social house but anyone who also likes their own space and do their own thing, cleanliness is very important.
