I have a double room for rent in a furnished, new build 3 bedroom executive apartment in the popular Broughton Square.

The bedroom has access to its own bathroom (not shared).

You will be sharing with one other person only (unlike other rooms on this website).

I’m looking for a tidy professional non-smoker.

The apartment is unique in design, spacious, in kept in fantastic condition including a designer sofa set, breakfast bar, dining area, and open plan lounge with patio doors leading to an external balcony. The apartment has gas central heating, double glazed windows, and an audio entry system.

It has a fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer machine, and microwave oven.

There is an allocated external parking bay for 1 vehicle and cycle storage (there is also a lot of extra parking available in the main square).

The local amenities in the square include shops, dentist, salons, etc. The Kingston shopping district and M1 junction is a five minute drive from the property.

Bills include: Wireless fibre-optic broadband, electricity, gas, TV licence, council tax, water, and building service charges.
