i have for rent a fully furnished double room within a 2 bed flat on broughton (mk10). The room has laminate floor with a double bed , memory foam mattress a large up to the ceiling double wardrobe , small chest of draws or a small workstation if preferred also bedside draws and a large set set of draws a 30"flat screen tv with a free view player/ recorder .
The main bathroom to the property will be exclusive to the tenant inclusive of bath and shower/facility's as i have an en-suite in my own room.
Also there is an air conditioned living area.
Wireless broadband and bills are inclusive . there is also off road parking and a secure bike shed available.
