Great housemates (mid-20s to mid 40s) looking for pleasant, tidy and respectful housemates for a 4-person share. Just refurbished and freshly decorated, there are 2 rooms: 1 double and 1 large double ensuite, both available January.

The ensuite (Photo: Room 1) is nicely furnished with a double bed, lots of storage space including wardrobes, two 3-drawer chests of drawers, desk and chair. It has its own bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin.
The double (Photo: Room 4) is bright and similarly furnished, with wardrobe, desk and chair, and chest of drawers.

Unlimited fast fibre broadband throughout and all bills are included.

The kitchen/diner/communal area is modern and well-equipped, fitted with white units, new washer/dryer, lots of fridge freezer space, stainless steel gas cooker and steel chimney extractor. There is also a dining area with a dining table and also a sofa.

The main bathroom is travertine tiled with bath and shower; and the house has laminate and tiled flooring throughout.

Secluded garden with patio and decking. Off-road parking and more parking outside (cul-de-sac, no through traffic).

Convenient central location in Beanhill near to MK hospital and MK stadium with it's shops, restaurants and cafes (10 - 15 minutes walk). Ikea and supermarkets are all within easy reach - and the Open University and Central Milton Keynes are less than 10 minutes by bus or bike, or about 20/25 minutes walking. There is a local supermarket and takeaway less than 5 minutes walk away.

Everything is included in the price - all utility bills and council tax (Band A).

The current housemates are professional and tidy - two males (one a landscape gardener in his 20s, the other in civil engineering in his 40s) who sometimes work non-standard hours. We are looking for either female or male housemates who appreciate a clean, harmonious and fairly quiet household and who are tidy, considerate and pleasant to others. This could suit someone who is studying, or who works shifts. We'd be pleased to welcome either male or female housemates.

Sorry but each room is for one single person - we can't take couples.

Smoking outside only. One month's deposit and references are required. To pass the referencing checks, you'll normally need to be working full time or a post-grad student.
