PUBS - It is less than a mile from The Swan at Middleton Village (a lovely thatched pub), as well as Cross Keys at Woolstone and Ye Olde Swan at Woughton.

Local shops and takeaway just down the road, just a few minutes walk or you’ve the option of Starship ROBOT delivery service which also deliveries from local shops and take aways

The flat is less than 5 minute walk from Ouzel Park, so you can enjoy lovely walks, run or exercise. You’ve also the canal and lakes within walking distance, giving you that feeling of being in the countryside but with the convenience of being in a city.

The Coach station is not far and the train station and town is a 5 minute drive. There is a Waitrose and Costa at Oakgrove which is just a 5 minute walk or you’ve the Kingston Shopping Complex, which is 15 minute walk or a couple of minutes in the car.

Location is equal distance between both Junction 14 or 13 of the M1.

We also have the Electric Scooters / bikes scattered everywhere which you can use instead of public transport. The Bus stop, if needed is less than 1 minute walk.

This room is Monday to Friday which means you have to vacate the home at the weekend. This type of room suits someone who works away from home in the week. There is plenty of storage so you can leave some of your belongings to save taking home each week
