You will share with 28 year old Jerry who works as an engineer at Red Bull F1 Racing. He’s a super positive, friendly and respectful house mate.

What's included?

The single occupier(s) will benefit from a comfortable double-bedroom equip with a king-size Ottoman gas-lift bed (with lots of internal storage), a soft memory foam mattress, a massive floor to ceiling triple-mirror-wardrobe, side-tables, and door sized windows that let in lots of natural light. A bureau desk with lights, multiple plug adapters and further storage. You could also get yourself an own off-road parking permit and designated parking spot, otherwise benefit from curb-side parking included. 

The lounge is fitted with a 32" Smart LED Samsung TV, a comfy suede couch, armchair, extendable dining table and lots of artwork. The place has stylish decor and warm lights for cosy night times.

There is also a decent stereo and sound system installed than can wire up to the TV. 

You will have a washer/dryer, dish washer, a fridge/freezer and some other kitchen appliances included such as kettle, toaster and microwave.

The bathroom has recently been fitted and is kept clean & tidy like the rest of the flat. 

A shared home... you will be sharing with a young professional who works 9 - 6pm from the office and who is a respectful, thoughtful and a kind house mate.

You will share a fresh open plan kitchen, lounge and diner that boasts leafy country views of Woburn Woods/ wetlands/ a river from comfy indoor seating and balcony with a seated hammock and chairs. The sun rises over the hills in front and wraps around the flat suppling an abundance of natural light throughout the entire day.

You will have access to bike storage below the property.

- Council Tax (£75pm/pp) & Electricity/Gas (£20ish in summer - £35pm/pp in winter) is handled separately by tenants

The apartment is located in a quiet spot along the Grand Union Canal, but just a short distance from an array of local supermarkets, mainstream shops, pubs, local takeaways, fast food & restaurants, lakes, parks and canals as well as entertainment and local amenities such as MK Dons Stadium, Odeon Cinema, Bletchley Park, local Gyms, markets, churches and not forgetting MK's no 1 late licence night club - Pink Punters which is a stroll away.

The Grand Union Canal runs off the back of the property with local pub ~ The Red Lion, which serves food and has a nice garden. The Plough has excellent food and is just a 15 minute walk further down the canal.

You can walk, cycle, drive or haul public transport anywhere in the city.
