You will have exclusive use of the annex & will not be sharing with anyone else unlike crowded rental house shares. Living space is accessed via your own front door.

The rent is £1,100 pcm inclusive of all bills and Wi-Fi, with fortnightly professional cleaning offered at an additional £10.

Clean Double Room to rent in large detached house in Kents Hill, available immediately. Household gives a sense of a real home not a crowded rental.

You will have use of the W/C bathroom / kitchen. The Kitchen is fully equipped. I am a live in Landlord so there are no other flatmates in the property besides me. Couples and children can be considered at an additional monthly cost.

The house has been completely renovated with all new fittings and furnishings, a drive that can fit 4 cars and a large orangery extension.

Professional preferred or someone who works away from home on some days. Couples can be considered but at an extra cost.

The house will be shared with me. As your room will be downstairs you will have no disturbance.
