The flat is furnished though the room can be provided unfurnished if so desired. Rent is £850. Deposit of half months rent. Bills split with the current occupant.

White goods included in the home are a fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. You will have your own bedroom which includes a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, chair, bedside table and en suite bathroom.
