The room is fully furnished, it has plenty of storage, wardrobe; black out electric Roman blind, desk and chair.

There are parking spaces for four cars on the drive. The bus stops are just around the corner from the house.

The house is modern, very clean, tidy, warm and very well looked after so I am looking for a respectful, polite and clean person to join the house.

The modern kitchen is newly installed with fab new Neff, Smeg appliances, extra storage and two fridges, freezer. There is filtered water from the kitchen tap, water softener for nice showers. The new LG washing machine, new Miele dryer.
Newly installed very clean shared bathroom on the first floor and an extra shower/toilet on the ground floor.
Ground floor hallway, shower room and kitchen has the underfloor heating.
