Shared access to a newly decorated bathroom, kitchen, lounge/dining is included, ample car parking spaces around the property. Ideally looking for someone who works office hours and most importantly personal hygiene being paramount. A friendly and quiet household to suit a professional moving into the area for work. No smokers, no couples and no pets, sorry.
