Monday - Friday double room in professional house

We currently have a well presented, furnished room to let, which includes double bed, bedside table and freeview TV.

All bills are included in the price including WIFI, a communal cleaner, window cleaner and gardener.

The bedroom is situated on the 1st floor. There is a shared bathroom for that floor with both a bath and separate shower.

Communal areas include a downstairs living/dining area and a kitchen with integral appliances such as washer/dryer and dishwasher.

There are two private car parking spaces towards the rear of the property as well as a garden.

The house is a smoke free house, but occupants are welcome to smoke outside in the garden.
