Large Double Room reduced deposit

Large double room in a friendly house share in quiet location, Wireless broadband. close to all shops and walking distance to train station, all mod cons, clean and tidy with a fab landlady!! I always try and get the best people in a houseshare so that everyone is happy, though at the moment everyone works very hard and hardly sees each other. We have a very good cleaner that cleans every 2 weeks. and the house is up to council regulations. So its been checked and is safe. It is registered by the council.
