Bright furnished double room

We are a married couple in our early/mid 30s looking for a considerate lodger to stay in our spare room. We live in the town of Newport Pagnell: 15 minutes drive to MK train station, 10 minutes away from the MI, and right next to the east side of Milton Keynes.

Our house is a 3-bedroom semi detached property with parking available on a quiet street. The neighbourhood is peaceful with older neighbours, and is a nice retreat after a busy day at work. There are green spaces less than 10 minutes walk away, and a Co-op store 3 minutes away.

The room is bright and airy, fully furnished with a double bed, 2 side tables, a chest of drawers, a full length mirror and a desk and chair. Bedding and linens available on request. There is a shared bathroom which has been recently refitted to high modern standards. We love to cook and so our kitchen is well equipped and spacious with plenty of storage. The rental includes full use of our comfortable living room and dining room/conservatory facilities. We have a low maintenance garden which can be accessed and use of our Wifi and Netflix subscriptions is also included.

We both work and tend to be out of the house from around 8am to 6pm on week days. Evenings during the week tend to be reasonably quiet, with friends coming to visit occasionally.

Our ideal lodger would be a clean and responsible, working professional, who requires the space from Mondays to Fridays or as a short term let. We might be able to be flexible so if you have any questions, do get in touch.
