Great Double Room in Newport Pagnell

I've just relocated to the area and have started renting a 2 bed house with a view to finding someone to share with.
It's an end of terrace with a good size garden, open plan lounge and dining room, 2 good size bedrooms and a smaller spare room for storage/office.

I'm looking for someone who is ideally a similar age and a professional that's easy to get on with and happy to just chill out in the evenings. I'm not a clean freak but I do like to keep the house tidy.

The room is unfurnished but can be fully furnished it you'd prefer or part furnished, just let me know. I've got a new Smart TV and Sky as well as a secure area to keep bikes if anyone is a cyclist.

Happy to live with a male or female. I've got time on my side to find someone so if you're interested, we can meet up for a drink and have a look round the house to see what you think!
