Suite of rooms in large detached house

This amazing house is situated close to High Wycombe, Amersham and Beaconsfield, in Penn/Tylers Green, an attractive Chiltern Village with good pubs and local stores. There is off street parking at all times at the front of the house.

We are a friendly and happy couple; a retired architect and education manager, we have one child aged 28 who lives in London and we have 2 cats. We like music, reading, politics, travel, and walking.

The house is on a small private road and is an architect designed self build house in a quiet environment, all the rooms in the house are very large and all have good light and high ceilings and underfloor heating and are well furnished. There is also a large basement in the house which has some gym equipment which you are welcome to use. We both work from home. We are easy going, friendly and helpful.

The suite of rooms comprise; a very large bedroom with a mix of antique and modern furniture, a small annex room with microwave/oven, hob, kettle and fridge and an en-suite bathroom and toilet. It is a self contained area on the first floor at the front of the house. The hall way is communal and the shared washing machine is downstairs in the Utility.

We are looking to rent to a professional person, a woman and a quiet person who wants privacy and a peaceful environment. Ideally they would be a cat lovers and would occasionally feed our cats if we are away on holiday. Our last two tenants have stayed with us, in excess of two years and we are still very much in contact with them, we can put you in contact with one of them if you want a reference about us. Council tax and bills are included in the rent.
