Double Room In Modern Large House

A double room in modern large house in a very nice residential road/neighbourhood. Room comes with double bed and built in wardrobe.
All kitchen appliances are provided, smart tv, wifi, washing machine and dryer, shared bathroom and a garage gym in progress. It is a clean house so would expect however moves in to be happy to help maintain this (we have a cleaning rota).

This is a sociable house but NOT a party house and the road is mainly family homes with young children. House is located near the end of the cul-de-sac. I'm self employed while also training on the side to be a sports and remedial masseuse. Second housemate is a nurse so does shift work.
