Room for rent £500, new build flat

I’m looking to rent out the room in my new pad. The flat is a new build and therefore, very modern and clean. It is a 5 minute walk to the train station and only 38 minutes into London! It is also only a 10 minute walk to Princes Risborough high street which has pubs, restaurants, banks, supermarket and hairdressers.

The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables. it is a shared bathroom with access to the living room and modern kitchen! I am a super tidy individual so the place will always be in show home condition.

Ideally i would like a professional person on there own, who will respect the place and treat it as if it were there own home.

I like relaxing in the evening but also dont mind the occasionally trip out. Somebody who has a good social aspect so that we can get along and enjoy the place together as flatmates.
