Lovely cottage with garden near station and town

This is not a typical room to rent advert as I'm looking to rent the whole house. The house has 2 rooms (one double and one single), a living area, dining and open plan kitchen. There is also one large bathroom. parking is easy, off street next to the house. I lived in this property for 5 years and made some substantial improvements so looking to rent the single room in a house share with someone who is tidy, polite and friendly.
The cottage is 6 min walk to the train station and 5 min walk to the high street. The property has a lovely garden, open plan kitchen dining, living room with a nice log burner and it's full of character.
The house is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc etc and also has wifi,
