Welcome to my ad! I have a lovely furnished double bedroom to let in my spacious and clean flat, with private parking and balcony connected to the shared living room.

You'd be living with one other housemate, a friendly, clean and considerate young professional with various interests. The flat stays relatively quiet during the week. I am looking for a considerate & friendly professional, happy to live independently and be clean and tidy.

Situated in a pleasant, quiet location directly opposite the Iver mainline station (30 seconds walk to ticket barriers) which gets you into Paddington in 30 minutes. The station is part of the Crossrail Elizabeth Line. Richings Park/Iver is also in easy reach of the Uxbridge, Windsor and Slough areas. Good motorway links are very close also.

There's a modern Sports Club with great gym facilities just down the road (called Absolutely Fitness).

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and built in wardrobe. All bills are included.
