Welcome. I have a lovely furnished double master bedroom to let in my spacious and clean flat with private parking.

You'd be living with one other housemate, a friendly, clean and considerate young professional with various interests. The flat stays relatively quiet during the week. I am looking for a considerate & friendly professional, happy to live independently and be clean and tidy.

Situated in a pleasant, quiet location directly opposite the Iver mainline station gets you into Paddington in 30 minutes. The station is part of the Crossrail Elizabeth line opening in 2019/2020. Richings Park/Iver is also in easy reach of the Uxbridge, Windsor and Slough areas. Good motorway links very close.

There's also a newly built Sports Club with great gym facilities just down the road (called Absolutely Fitness).

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and built in wardrobes. It also has its own balcony. All bills are included.

There's also a spare room in the flat for extra storage of bigger items.
