2 double rooms to rent

Hi my names Lisa I have a 6 1/2 year old boxer female very friendly she does not stay at the home while I'm out due to landlords rules. I've rented this property for over 8 years lovely village area with good local pubs and Afew shops to get some bits. I've divided the home so people have there own space so I'm renting an upstairs 2 double sizes bedrooms out to either use as a couple with 1bedroom 1lounge to themselfs or as 2 bedrooms for to friends or someone to have 2 rooms for extra space. Prices are all bills included so 1 standard rate as 2 rooms as a couple for £650, 1 person using both rooms at £550 , 2 separate people at £350 each.
We all will share a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Which I'd like people to clean up after themselfs or at least help to keep shared rooms respectable.
