A fully furnished first floor Double Room is available to let, ideal for a single working professional. The room is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Rent includes all utility bills, WI FI, Free view TV, gardener and cleaner. The property has only three bedrooms offering a cosy, friendly environment. It has off road allocated tenant parking, fitted kitchen and one family bathroom. Shenley Church End is a delightful mix of the old and the new. Traditional villages intermix with tastefully designed modern housing. It is a five-minute drive to the shopping centre and a regular bus service operates.

To secure a room and remove it from the market, we would require a £100 non refundable Administration Fee and a complete tenant detail form to set up your tenancy agreement, (If you are under 25years a guarantor will be required a £35 fee for administration) which is non refundable. 24 hours prior to move in we would require 1 months rent in advance and 1 months rent as a security deposit, which can be paid via our website. Tenancy Agreements are for a minimum of 6 months and we regret we cannot accept DSS, unemployed or full time students.
