I have one room available in my lovely home in Tinkers Bridge. Available August 23rd. The room is a double ensuite and is ideal for someone who desires independent living at a much lower cost than renting your own flat. It’s furnished and all bills are included.

American double fridge freezer (most rooms have their own fridges too).
To the rear a large lawn and decking garden area with table and chairs with barbecue area.

Our house is quiet in the week and we are respectful of space but housemates love sharing the odd meal/glass of wine/walk/BBQ. Sadly our mid week party days are over (boooo).

We are looking for someone clean, quiet, positive and respectful. I'm happy to share the use of the house and garden and we would like someone that will pitch in with their share of the cleaning. We are hoping to find people that would like to make a home. This room would be perfect for a mature person seeking a quiet life or a student looking for a quiet space to study.

Our home is a licensed House in Multiple Occupancy through Milton Keynes council. We have fire doors, interlinked smoke detectors, fire blankets, fire escapes, EICR certification etc. We are limited to the number of people that can stay in the house, therefore the room is single occupancy and partners/friends are limited to one visit a week. The communal areas are for the use of residents only.

The house is very close to the Open University.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house.

I do not charge deposits and work on trust. A non refundable administration fee of £95 per person is chargeable.
