Large Immaculate Furnished double room available in lovely friendly house in lovely, quiet Simpson Village. Within 10 minutes walking distance of Open University. Live-in Landlords. Sole use of large very clean/tidy newly decorated bathroom with bath/shower (this is very occasionally used by my son when he comes home for a visit on the odd occasional weekend). Shared use of fully fitted kitchen to include Fridge/cooker/microwave/washing machine - priority use by landlord. Shared use of conservatory and garden. Fibre Optic broadband use included. Bed linen and Towels supplied. SKY TV included, TV and desk in own room. Off-road parking/limited garage space (ie bike storage). The price quoted is for a single occupancy 7 day let but we would prefer/consider a Mon - Friday only let at a reduced price (negotiable according to how many nights you wished to stay/circumstances etc). May accept couples at an extra cost (£900 per month for couples) We are happy to take smokers but not in room. We have a dog.(a very friendly Beagle).
