Room comprises of Double bed with wardrobe, bedside table, large mirror, chair and side light. Sharing Kitchen/diner with - oven, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, Downstairs cloakroom, large bathroom (bath, shower, toilet and sink) with garden and parking space on drive.

Stony Stratford is a busy market town. In early June, Stony Live is a week of cultural events that culminates in Folk on the Green, a free festival of folk, rock and eclectic music. Numerous restaurants (English, French, Italian, Mediterranean, Thai, Indian, Fish and Chips and other take-aways) pubs with live music, spoken word, tea rooms, supermarket, bakers, farmers market etc Drs, Dentist, Chemist, Opticians all within a five minute’s walk!

Fifteen minutes’ drive from the Open University and 10 minutes from Central Milton Keynes Centre and Station. Main bus route to CMK, Wolverton, Newport and Bletchley.

One months deposit in advance, references are required, a letter from your work/company/university or proof of contract, 3 months wage slips and proof of ID. Available for single occupancy only. The house is safe and secure. The prospective person must be a professional, very clean, tidy, easy going and reliable. MUST be a dog lover.

Minimum contract three months. To terminate the tenancy, one months notice will be required on the anniversary of the monthly payment date.
