Beautiful double room available in a brilliant location just off Stony Stratford High Street. I have a double room available in my flat, with a shared modern bathroom, bright living room and very well-equipped kitchen. Private parking is available at the back of the property which is a rarity in this area!

The room comes furnished with a double bed, dresser, dressing table/desk, and hanging rail. The rest of the flat is well equipped, particularly the kitchen as I love cooking/baking, and you're welcome to use everything e. g. KitchenAid, bread machine, food processor, baking dishes, pans etc

The location is brilliant, 10 seconds from Stony high street where there are so many great independent shops, coffee spots, restaurants and pubs, as well as lovely walks through the parks and countryside just 5 minutes away. Tesco is just around the corner which is so handy.

I am a tidy, friendly, considerate person looking for someone the same, who will enjoy the flat and their privacy, and keep the common areas tidy. I will be away from home a lot for work so a lot of the time you will have the whole place to yourself. This is a nice quiet block so no parties or lots of noise.

Female professional preferred, and ideally not someone who works from home full time, but will consider for the right person.

The rent includes most bills (internet, water, council tax, cleaner) and electric will be split based on the monthly bill.

Pets considered on a case by case basis and an extra 700 pet deposit would be required. I love pets but as it's a flat it wouldn't be suitable for many but I'm willing to discuss.
