I am a 22 yr old female looking for a house mate. I work in a restaurant and i am hardly home so you will pretty much have the house to yourself. I get home 11pm most days and work all weekends.
The house is the old Lloyds bank with a winery downstairs, it’s a gorgeous old building and the flats are brand new, I was the first to move in when it was renovated 6 months ago from the old bank so it is pretty much brand new. Gorgeous area.
You will need to be referenced to be on the tenancy therefore will need to meet some requirements. Available from 2nd July
