The attic-style room is available to move into immediately. There is a double bed, wardrobe, desk, drawers and bedside tables, as well as direct access to additional eaves storage. This property benefits from a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom, 2 parking spaces, a low maintenance garden, and is FULLY furnished (kettle, toaster, iron, crockery, cutlery, pans, utensils etc) - you just need to bring your own personal items ie bedding, towels, clothing, toiletries, and food. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
