This property benefits from a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom, 2 parking spaces, a low maintenance garden, and is FULLY furnished (kettle, toaster, iron, crockery, cutlery, pans, utensils etc) - you just need to bring your own personal items ie bedding, towels, clothing, toiletries, and food.
