Double room near Open University

I am a current tenant in a private rental two bedroom flat.
I’m looking for someone who is looking for a spare double room.
The contract Will be on a lodger basis as I’m down as the main contractual tenant but you will have access to all rooms and can use the property as home, so feel free to watch TV etc.
Close to the Open University so it may someone who works/ studies there.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

I’m looking to possibly move in 6 months, but that may change. So if you are looking for a short term rental or up to 6 months just let me know and we can work something out.

I am a working professional, quiet and tidy. I love watching films and going out for walks. Looking for someone who is tidy also and is happy doing their own thing but I’m happy to chat also :)
