Double room with own bath but not ensuite for rent

Hello I've got a double room in a two bed flatshare in mk7, would you like to come for a view? I'm a young lady looking for a tidy, reserved and responsible person as flatmate. All two rooms have their own baths but not ensuite. Double room is going for £750 with all bills inclusive. I'm willing to swap with you for £650 if it's beyond your budget. (I'm currently occupying the single room) Apartment is 3mins to the bus stop and 7mins drive to Mk central. A walking distance to Mk university hospital, very close to Brinklow, Magna Park and Kingston. The area is very quiet, neat and beautiful. We'll share the hall and the kitchen. There are more parking space....sorry no pet is allowed.
