I have recently bought a brand new 4 bedroom house in a new housing development, in the wavendon area of Milton Keynes, located right off the M1 J13. The house has 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining area, living room, home office & Garden. The house also benefits from off street parking for 2 cars, with another 2 visitor parking bays directly outside the front door of the house.

I will be a live in landlord, but due to my job, I work long hours, travel a lot & at weekends I tend to visit family & friends so my time in the property will be limited. I am a very sociable individual but I am also respectful of others space.

I am looking for professionals preferred, who must be able to provide references.

I have one room available due to the existing tenant moving out, The room is on the middle floor of the house and has access to a dedicated bathroom.

The property has 900mb fibre broadband, full sky Q package in both the living room & diner/kitchen area. The property will also have a full weekly clean via a cleaner. The property is also fitted with smart home capabilities such as ring doorbell, ring security cameras, smart heating, hue lights in all rooms & Apple homepods. Full access to these devices can be granted.

As the property is new, I am looking for tenants who will treat the property with a great deal of care and respect, any potential housemates must be tidy!!! As the property has a lot of expensive furniture and fittings a deposit of a months rent will be required.

Note - I am only willing to accept individuals who will not be working from home.
