A double room within a cottage-style house that is in the final stages of being decorated and renovated. The house is located in a beautiful Chilterns village in an area of outstanding natural beauty, 5 miles west of High Wycombe, with easy access to Junction 5 of the M40 and the Chiltern line trains into Marylebone. The house is a 10-minute walk to the local village of West Wycombe. However, it would be beneficial to have your own transport.

The room will have a double bed, clothes rail, and bedside table. It is freshly decorated in neutral colours and offers glorious country views. The room is approximately 11 feet by 9 feet. There is a modern bathroom with a bath (and shower).

The cottage is non-smoking, and you must be a non-smoker as well. Please note that it's an old house/cottage, so not everything is perfect. Ideally, seeking someone over the age of 40, such as a mature student or professional on a part time basis. The room is for single occupancy (exact post code info will be provided).
