I have a ensuite double bedroom available to rent from the 12th December 2025. It's in a extended detached property. Large kitchen/dinning room. I have a decent size rear garden with a patio and nice seating with a table. ideal to enjoy the warm weather with a beer or a glass of wine. I am retired and very sociable. The double room is for single occupation only. I am looking for a person who is tidy and clean who will respect my property. I employ a cleaner every week and unless the tenant prefers will clean the room every fortnight. I have off road parking for three more cars on the property.
Weston Turville has three very nice pubs/restaurants. A nice park with various facilities and a cafe. There is good bus service to Aylesbury. Also lovely walks around the village.
