Easy parking in the road opposite our house. Within walking distance of some very good village pubs, including the highly regarded Chequers Inn (less than 5 mins walk). There is also a newsagent, take-away/fish and chip shop and hairdressers all within easy walking distance. Coffee shop, a butchers/delicatessen and Fatface clothing are available at Worlds End garden centre which is also nearby (approx. 15 mins walk). Weston Turville reservoir, a wildlife sanctuary and leisure facility is also within easy walking distance.

Downstairs in the garage is a washing machine and freezer which the occupant has shared access to.
