Lovely two bed Garden Lodge

Our new 2-bed garden lodge in Whelpley Hill, Chesham is currently being fitted and decorated and is only a couple of weeks away from being ready to take its first tenants. Here is a sneak peek with more pictures coming soon. Meanwhile, let me tell you about it...

We have built a charming 2 bed garden lodge in our rural homestead between Bovingdon and Berkhamstead. Nestled amongst nature, the lodge itself is a wooden wonder with a shower room, galley kitchen and plenty of warm, adaptable space: Cosy in winter and free flowing in summer, the lodge is located next to the kitchen garden and near the chicken coop meaning those who like nature can get involved in growing and nurturing in a green space. If you’re in to fitness, we have a sauna, Jacuzzi and weights on site that can be used by arrangement as well as a large field with football nets and a trampoline. We have family on site and there is always someone there to chat to, take in a parcel or for the children to play with. Equally, we respect each other’s privacy and need for space. If you like to have a fire under the stars, that’s ok too! We have a fire pit in the field.

Its a unique setting but one that works well for single parents and nature lovers alike. We have a family dog - a working cocker spaniel - who is brilliant with children but mainly likes chasing squirrels and sitting on the sofa in the main house.

Monthly rental of £1,500 on a standard AST (Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreement) for 12 months with a 6 month break clause and a rolling option after 12 months. Bills included. Unfurnished. Pictures are for illustrative purposes only - new photos coming soon.
