I live here full time and my teenage daughter is here 2 weeks out of 4.( you won't see her-typical teenager!!)

Suit mature quiet student or independent professional. (Monday to Friday also considered . ) One months deposit required and rent payable in advance..(a Lodger Agreement will also be signed & references also required.)

Lovely single room - fully furnished. New single bed(-Laura Ashley), TV, DVD player, wardrobe, chest of drawers . Share bathroom part of the time. Part of the time exclusive use. Towels and bedding supplied & washed weekly. Meals by arrangement.

Fantastic fully fitted eat in kitchen with range cooker & TV. Separate utility room. Wood burner in lounge. Lovely garden with patio area & bbq.

I live in; I also have a dog & 2 cats therefore you must like animals!!
I'm outgoing & friendly & work for a major airline so am away a couple of nights a week...
