Double Room in Woburn

I have a double room to rent in an apartment in Woburn. It has a large built in wardrobe, two built in cupboards and a fireplace too. I can also provide a double bed if needed.
You would have your own bathroom with a bath & shower, this also has a fireplace in too.
There is a reasonable sized kitchen/dining/living area which is fully furnished.
It’s a lovely flat with lots of character and in such a great location too.
I’m looking for someone that’s reliable, tidy and easy going.
