A lovely large double room with en suite shower and toilet is available in our family home in the beautiful village of Woburn Sands. My husband and I live here with our son and his girlfriend, and our big loveable black labrador. We live on the edge of some fabulous walks through the fields and woods. Woburn Sands has many great pubs, restaurants, take aways and shops. It has a train station and is on a bus route. There is a tv in the room, free wifi, washing machine and tumble dryer, large kitchen diner, conservatory, full use of garden where you are welcome to smoke, (no smoking indoors please) and all bills are included. There is off road parking and a lockable shed available for a bike if you have one.
The room would be ideally suited to a professional person who works days as opposed to nights.
We are between junctions 14 and 13 of the M1.
