Double room with en-suite in an apartment to share kitchen and living room with one other person occasionally, also allocated parking space. The apartment is located in a quiet spot in Woburn Sands with views over the lake and walking distance to the high street and all its amenities, including shops and amazing restaurants. Ideally suits someone working nearby and whom returns home at the weekends. (Mon-Friday £700 bills inc) however whole week will be considered. I work away from home and often you will be on your own. No pets, no smoking.
