Double Room Woburn Sands. Mon-Fri Rental

The room rental basis is 4 nights per week (or less) between Monday evening and Friday morning.

It would suit someone working in the area weekdays, who returns home at weekends.

There are two options:

A larger double room at £490pcm &
A regular double room at £460pcm

Sometimes, only one of the two rooms is occupied, in which case you’d be sharing the house with just me (& the dog).

When both rooms are occupied, you’d be sharing the shower room with one person (the other lodger).

Both bedrooms have high speed fibre wi-fi, TV (Freesat), comfortable double bed, armchair, somewhere to hang your clothes, chest of drawers etc.

Bed linen & towels provided if required.

Bathroom has a powerful shower (not en-suite but not shared with anyone else, unless two lodgers as mentioned above).

Shared use of dining room, kitchen (with your own fridge) & of course the garden, when it's warm enough to sit outside...

Parking is on-street but it’s not a problem finding a space nearby.

Located in the heart of Woburn Sands which is a friendly little town on the SE edge of Milton Keynes. It's a two-minute walk to the High Street (Tesco Express & Co-Op both open 'til late, several pubs, fish & chip shop, takeaways, restaurants, petrol station etc).

It’s an equally short walk to miles of beautiful open countryside and a huge forest, owned by the Duke of Bedford’s Estate, which is great for walking/cycling/running.

Woburn Sands is a 5-minute drive from J13 of the M1, the A421 towards Bedford /Cambridge, and the same driving time to the A5. Red Bull and Magna Park are a 7-min drive, the Open University about a 10-min drive & Nissan Cranfield / Cranfield University about 15 minutes away. It’s 10-15 mins by car to MK City Centre.


Someone who's comfortable around dogs is a necessity.

Non-smokers / non-vapers only please.
