Large double room Woburn Sands. Mon-Fri rental

Peaceful house, share with owner.

There are two options: A larger double bedroom (£500 pcm) or a regular double room (£450 pcm).
I normally only let one of the rooms at any one time so you’d only be sharing the house with me (& the dog).

Both bedrooms have high speed fibre wi-fi, TV (Freesat), comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. Bed linen & towels provided if required.

Own bathroom with powerful shower (not en suite but not shared with anyone else). Shared use of living room, dining room, kitchen (with your own fridge) & a garden for when it's warm enough to sit outside... No off-street parking but it’s not a problem finding a space nearby.

Located in the heart of Woburn Sands which is a friendly little town on the SE edge of Milton Keynes. It's a two-minute walk to the High Street (Tesco Express & Co-Op both open 'til late, several pubs, fish & chip shop, takeaways, restaurants, ATM, petrol station etc) & an equally short walk to miles of beautiful open countryside and woodland which is great for walking/cycling/running.

Woburn Sands is a 5-minute drive from J13 of the M1, the A421 towards Cambridge, and the same driving time to the A5. The railway station is a 5-minute walk from the house. The Open University is a 10-min drive & Cranfield University a 15-minute drive away. And it’s 15 mins by car to get to MK City Centre.

The rental is on a Monday evening to Friday morning basis.

Someone who's comfortable around dogs is a necessity.

It’s a non-smoking household but there’s always the option to smoke down the garden.
