Large double en-suite room for Mon-Fri lodger

Peaceful house, share with one other (owner). Large, sunny double room with TV & en-suite bathroom. Use of living room, kitchen & garden. Off-street parking & located in the heart of Woburn Sands, a one-minute walk to the High Street (shops, pubs, restaurants, banks etc) & an equally short walk to miles of open countryside and woodland.

Woburn Sands is a small town 5 mins drive from J13 of the M1 and 10-15 mins drive to Central Milton Keynes and Cranfield. It's a non-smoking house but you're welcome to smoke in the garden. I have a well-behaved young Labrador so you'd need to be comfortable around dogs.

The room is available from Monday evening thru' to Friday morning only. If you're staying 1-3 nights a week it'd be £100, but for 4 nights it's £120 per week.
