Looking for a house mate

I am looking for someone share my home. Shared kitchen, lounge, dining room, bathroom and garden. General cleanliness appreciated, need to participate and keeping the house tidyish! Pets welcome (no dangerous pets, owner must take responsibility for pet at all times), LGBTQ welcome. Looking for someone who is a good conversationalist but can appreciate their own company. Participation in or interest in art preferable (access to small studio) Must be a professional, self employed or employed some additional charge that can be agreed if working from home to cover additional energy consumption.
