Double in large Victorian terrace

Hello! We have a double room available for £500 plus bills. It comes with a built in cupboard space for clothes, a bedside table, clothes rail. A desk or chest of drawers could fit in the room. No pets or couples. We are an all female household working in education and talent coordination.

We could do a Monday- Friday let for a reduced price and we can offer a short term lets.

The house is a beautifully finished Victorian property with large communal areas of a dining room, kitchen, living room, garden. It has two fire places and a working fire that we use in the winter. There is free street parking and we are a 10/15 minute walk from Wolverton train station (excellent connections to Milton Keynes, london, Birmingham etc).


About the area: there are local tennis courts (at the end of the road), a gym, swimming pool, and lots of fab independent restaurants and a few pubs all in walking distance. This is what we love about Wolverton. It has a great community feel and lots of countryside close by. Great running and cycling routes near by and accessible from the house.

Bills usually come to about £100-£150 per month.
